Shipping & Returns

At ESSE, our pieces are frequently made to order. Please check for any additional notes in the "Specifications" section. As some pieces ship sooner than others.

Yes! ESSE ships worldwide and all pieces should arrive to you within 7 days after they have been shipped. Tracking will be available to you.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges as our pieces are made to order. However we want you to be 100% satisfied with your piece so we are happy to assist when it comes to sizing and adjustments.

Diamonds & Customization

We only use DEF color and VVS-VS1 clarity diamonds and everything is set in solid 18k gold.

We understand that jewelry is delicate. If you have purchased your piece within 120 days, with receipt. We are happy to help with repairs and resizing. Please note we will not cover shipping and pricing can be incurred depending on severity of repair or resize. Some pieces, such as eternity bands cannot be resized.

Product Care

In order to keep your jewelry beautiful and shiny forever, please take care out it well. Although ESSE pieces are all made meticulously and in solid 18k gold. We advise you to care good care of your delicate jewelry. For example when you take off your pieces, keep them in your box to avoid abrasion. When you want to clean your pieces use warm water and a little dish soap, scrub with a toothbrush.
